In this pencil drawing of Flora the Goddess of flowers. I wanted to create a sense of Spring and new beginnings.

The bold lines of the Sun’s rays moving upwards and Flora bursting out of the foliage represent hope and looking forward.

I drew strong definition on Flora’s arms and neck. I wanted her to represent not just flowers but strength, wisdom and new beginnings. .
