
A really simple, fast and healthy light bite to enjoy for lunch, brunch or any time of the day. The spiced yoghurt gives the food a little kick and the Roti is 100% wholemeal, salt and sugar free.
Take one Roti, sliced carrots, cucumber, gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes and yoghurt dip.
Spread dip over the Roti add the ingredients and roll and enjoy!
Spiced yoghurt: Mix together 2 tbs natural yoghurt, 1 tsp mustard, squeeze of lemon, pinch of cayenne pepper.
